Telephone Checks electronically debit your customer’s bank account for your one time billing instantly over the phone. No more waiting for checks in the mail.

How Does Telephone Checks Work?
Our software prompts your staff to extract the MICR line information from the customer, which contains the checking account number, bank routing number and check number needed to process the transactions electronically.

This data is transmitted in real-time via our secure web site and processed by our high-speed web hosted software which is safely accessed from a standard web browser.

The funds are processed through the ACH, electronically debited from the customers account and available in your bank account within 24 to 48 hours, alleviating a trip to the bank.

Electronic Check Processing & Deposit
OmniTranz’s Accounts Receivable Conversion (ARC) / Check 21 Solution in conjunction with our superior Image Replacement Document (IRD) technology, processes and deposits any type of paper check received via U. S. Mail or at payment locations, deposited as electronic transactions, all through a single point of entry system.

How Does ARC Work?
Merchant receives a check for payment of goods and services.
The checks are scanned using one of OmniTranz’s imaging scanners.
The checks are processed via OmniTranz’s high-speed web hosted software and transmitted through
